Connor® Sports – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Connor® Sports online store.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.  Different products have different lead times, as some will ship out sooner than others.  Please take notice of expected shipment within the product details.

Connor® Sports reserves the right to delay or cancel any order due to inventory availability, payment verification, or suspected fraud.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight services depending on the size and nature of the order.

Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and carrier.

3. Delivery Timeframes

All delivery dates provided are estimates only.
Connor® Sports is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Address errors provided by the customer

4. Risk of Loss

All shipments become the responsibility of the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

5. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify Connor® Sports within 5 business days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and shipping packaging

  • Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved

Failure to report damage within this window voids eligibility for replacement or refund.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Connor® Sports is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Packages refused or marked undeliverable

  • Carrier delivery errors outside our control

Reshipping costs may apply.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Connor® Sports is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Claims for stolen packages must be filed by the customer with the carrier or local authorities.

8. Policy Changes

Connor® Sports reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
