These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Connor® Sports online store and website. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Connor® Sports sells specialty athletic floor maintenance products and collectible memorabilia.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, specifications, and pricing accurately. However, natural variations, manufacturing differences, packaging changes, and display settings may result in differences in appearance or finish and do not constitute defects.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Connor® Sports reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

We are not obligated to honor typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or inaccurate listings.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • Your billing and shipping information is accurate

  • You agree to these Terms and the Refund & Returns Policy

Connor® Sports reserves the right to cancel or limit orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Connor® Sports is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims

All sales are final except in verified cases of shipping damage.

Damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and include photographs of the product and shipping packaging. Failure to report within this window voids eligibility for replacement or refund.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Connor® Sports, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Connor® Sports to attempt resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Connor® Sports is not responsible for:

  • Improper use, storage, or application

  • Installation or maintenance errors

  • Normal wear or aging

  • Loss of collectible or resale value

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
